TRAINING CONCEPT
BRIEF BIO
ABOUT
I train so i am 100% on the days that count. I am in tune with my body and modify my training sessions based on feel and listening to my body's signals.
During each week I work on all the physical, biomecanical and mental aspects that I find in races: Sprint, strength, flexibility, adaptability, technique, endurance, race pace...
Base training 29/36hours per week.
Taper 15/19hours per week.
In between competition 20/26hours per week.
I also take a few weeks completely off a year. This recovery time is really important for my body but also for my mind which is where my strength comes from.
After trialing many sports, I completed my first triathlon at nine for fun . It was a short distance triathlon organised by my swim club and I really enjoyed the experience, so the following year I joined the triathlon club in my hometown .
At 18, I decided to concentrate on Triathlon and started training with my coach to improve everyday and live a healthy balanced life.
